  1. 01Identify the issue
    Confirm PGM is black and the fault is upstream of TX.
  2. 02Check backup source
    Verify fibre 2 is carrying clean video and audio.
  3. 03Communicate with MCR
    MCR, TX — primary lost on SPORTS CRICKET, taking backup.
  4. 04Escalate to Engineering
    Engineering to investigate fibre 1 without touching air.
  5. 05Switch source
    Take fibre 2 to air on the channel destination.
  6. 06Confirm audio / video
    Check loudness, lip-sync and scorebug after the take.
  7. 07Restore LIVE transmission
    Channel health green, log the incident, notify TX Manager.
